•  While individual progress can differ, many clients notice positive changes within their first two sessions. We’ll work together to set achievable goals and develop strategies that can lead to quick wins and sustained growth.

FTL Coaching sessions are one hour long and held online through Zoom. You can choose to have a video call, an audio-only session, or dial in by phone.

•  No, you do not need to be a Christian to receive FTL Coaching. While Christine, as a woman of faith, may offer prayer and Christ-centered guidance as part of our sessions, we understand that not everyone may be comfortable with this. Our goal is to provide you with effective and supportive coaching solutions that help you achieve your goals, regardless of your spiritual beliefs. 

FTL Coaching is available for clients 18 years and older.

My passion is to make quality coaching accessible and affordable for everyone. I believe that expert guidance shouldn't be a luxury, and I'm here to help you achieve your goals without breaking the bank.  

My standard hourly rate is $65. Ask me about my 3 or 6 session bundle packages to save more and commit to your personal growth.

The FTL Coaching cancellation policy is as follows:

• Client cancellations made less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the session fee
• Client no-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee
• If your FTL Coach needs to cancel in the event of an emergency, you will not be charged
