FTL Coaching sessions are one hour long and held via telephone.

Absolutely not. Christine honors every client's unique path, using faith-based tools only when requested, ensuring a supportive space for everyone. 

FTL Coaching is available for clients 18 years and older.

My passion is to make quality coaching accessible and affordable for everyone. I believe that expert guidance shouldn't be a luxury, and I'm here to help you achieve your goals without breaking the bank.  

My standard hourly rate is $65. Ask me about my 3 or 6 session bundle packages to save more and commit to your personal growth.

The FTL Coaching cancellation policy is as follows:

• Client cancellations made less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the session fee
• Client no-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee
• If your FTL Coach needs to cancel in the event of an emergency, you will not be charged
